Regression to the mean angle that crosses all sports, so we rate it even higher than the pure numbers would dictate because it is a proven theory in other sports. Struggling teams on a road trip are 87-50-1 for 63.5 percent.

Bad favorites off a win are +150.52 units. This wins on both the run and moneyline. The runline ROI is actually slightly higher at 6.4 percent, compared to 6.1 on money. But units won is higher on money, so we will bet moneyline.

NBA Wins Totals Have Moved With Wild Offseason; See How Much

The bookies believe Shaq will make good on his bet to kiss the feet of Steve Kerr.

But before we delve into that social media silliness, also below are comparative NBA victory totals for every team from before and after free agency/trades. Oddsmakers made some massive adjustments to the numbers given the summer swings.

Back to the fun…after David West made Kerr aware of an old video of Shaq promising that he would kiss the feet of any coach whose team reached the Finals four out of five years, SportsBetting set odds on the big man holding up his end of the bargain.

Even though Kerr intimated he would let Shaq out of the bet, the odds suggest the four-time NBA champion will in fact plant a juicy one on Kerr’s sneakers.

Will Shaq kiss Steve Kerr’s feet by the end of the 2019-20 NBA season?
Yes  2/3  (-150)
No  11/10  (-110)

“This story perfectly fits the fun-loving mold of the NBA on TNT broadcast, and I would hope the producers will capitalize on this opportunity one of the times they’re covering a Warriors game next season,” said Adam Burns, head linesman at SportsBetting.ag.

The site posted NBA win totals back in mid-June, and you can compare those with the current over/unders here:

Patriots Usual Super Bowl Favorites, But Not By Much

The New England Patriots are in their annual position as favorites to win the Super Bowl according to 5 Dimes sportsbook. The Patriots are just a notch higher than 7-1. Superstar Pat Mahomes and his Kansas City Chiefs are not far behind at 9-1 with Drew Brees and New Orleans at 10-1. The big story is the allegedly improved Cleveland Browns are tied for fifth at 13-1. Despite a massive upgrade at QB with Josh Rosen, the Miami Dolphins are the longest shot. Of course, winning picks start in the preseason with NFL specialist Joe Duffy of OffshoreInsiders.com

2019 College Football Bettors Show No Confidence in This Conference

Bettors are already fading the Pac-12.

A bit more than four months ago, SportsBetting posted odds for two dozen college teams’ regular season victory totals.

Since March 11, three of the Pac-12 teams have seen their over/unders plummet. Oregon went from 9.5 to 9, Washington State went from 8.5 to 8 and USC saw the most significant drop, going from 8.5 to 7.

Of those initial numbers, only one other team of the two dozen has seen movement. Clemson has been bet up from 11 to 11.5, which is the highest total of any FBS team.

The teams with the lowest over/unders (2.5) are: Rutgers, Oregon State, UConn, Rice, UTSA, UTEP, San Jose State and South Alabama.

Also according to the sportsbook, Alabama, Clemson, Ohio State, Oklahoma and Washigton/Oregon are the favorites to win their respective conferences.

Below, the teams are in the left column of the table, the conference odds are in the middle column and the regular season win totals are in the right column.
