Boise State Overwhelming Favorites to Destroy Fresno State and San Diego State in Mountain West Football

Mountain West odds and favorites are posted. Once an annual occurrence, Boise State has returned as extortionate favorites to win their conference with only Fresno State and San Diego State given much of a chance to pull off the upset. The Broncos are unanimous favorites in the major preseason publications to win the Mountain Division, with Fresno State and San Diego State literally co-favorites in the West. Not one preseason magazine has either squad to finish less than second.

All odds based on $100 per bet. Hence +1000 would be the same as 10-1 at GTBets.

Best Bets for the NFL Season

Below are the best bets we feel for NFL sports betting fans to make some money.

  1. Atlanta Falcons: With odds of +115 they are the second biggest favorite in the division. The Falcons were in the Super Bowl two years ago and made the postseason last year. The defense has the potential to make a massive leap with a lot of young guys drafted onto the team. The price isn’t fantastic in terms of payout but they are a good bet.
  2. Cincinnati Bengals: Odds are +400 but this team has lacked success in the playoffs under Marvin Lewis. The offense could be explosive as it has been re-tooled and helps to protect Andy Dalton and pave the way for Joe Mixon. The Bengals could easily be the second-best team in this division and steal a wild card, but they are priced as a top 10 draft team.
  3. Tennessee Titans: Odds of +165. The AFC is going to offer more leeway with bets than the NFC. The Titans are the third team on the AFC South list. There’s a lot of stability with the Titans and Vrabel has brought in upgrades on the coaching staff and we’ll have Matt LaFleur too. If Landry and Evans can make an immediate impact, this is a sleeper defensive unit.
  4. Kansas City Chiefs: Odds are +120. The Chiefs are not the favorite to win the AFC West despite having never finished lower than second and winning the division the past two years. The defense has lost some players but it would be foolish to underestimate the talent on this team. They can absolutely win this division or steal a wild card spot.
  5. Washington Redskins: Odds are +350. The Redskins have balance on both sides of the ball and are sure to make the playoffs. Smith can do a lot with Reed, Doctson, and Crowder and his offensive line is sure to be healthier than before. Adding Da’Ron Payne gives them strength up front and we anticipate this team being a division winner in 2018.

AFC North

The Pittsburgh Steelers are the favorites. Their O/U wins is 10.5, Super Bowl is 10-1, Conference is 5-1, and Division is 2-5.

The Baltimore Ravens have their lowest win total since 2008. Their O/U wins is 8, Super Bowl is 50-1, Conference is 25-1, and Division is 3-1.

The Cincinnati Bengals come with low expectations. Their O/U wins is 7, Super Bowl is 80-1, Conference is 40-1, and Division is 10-1.

The Cleveland Browns need to win six times as many games as they have for the previous two seasons combined. Their O/U wins is 5.5, Super Bowl is 80-1, Conference is 40-1, and Division is 15-1.
