Did everyone forget that Bill Belichick is the greatest NFL coach of all time?
If so, the latest Super Bowl LVI odds provide a reminder that the “Hooded One” is still roaming the sidelines at Foxboro.
SportsBetting released updated title numbers Monday morning. New England has the ninth-best odds on the board (12-1) and the fourth-best odds in the AFC.
The Pats had 35-1 odds after a Week 1 loss to Miami. Their odds climbed to as high as 80-1 on October 18 following a loss to the Cowboys that left them with a 2-4 record.
Now, rolling on a four-game victory streak, Belichick and the boys are contenders once again.
The Chiefs also saw a bump in their Super Bowl chances after Sunday night’s throttling of the Raiders. Kansas City’s championship odds were as high as 15-1 two weeks ago, but they have basically been cut in half.
Below you can find the updated Super Bowl and conference odds from SportsBetting.

First time in 606 days, Neither Tampa Nor KC Super Bowl Favorites
It’s been exactly 606 days since a team other than the Kansas City Chiefs or Tampa Bay Buccaneers was the Super Bowl favorite.
The streak ended Monday when SportsBetting moved the Buffalo Bills into the Super Bowl LVI top spot, in terms of odds. San Francisco, during the 2020 offseason, was the last team other than the Bucs or Chiefs to be favored.
Somehow, the NFL’s only undefeated team, the 6-0 Arizona Cardinals, have just the sixth-best Super Bowl odds. This shows that the oddsmakers aren’t ready to completely crown the Cards as one of the top-tier contenders.
Of course, the Bills could drop should they lose tonight on the road at Tennessee as 6-point favorites.

Saints Rout Leads List of overreaction to Week 1 Results; Updated SUper Bowl Odds
Aaron Rodgers wasn’t telling Packers fans to “relax” after Sunday’s dismal performance against New Orleans, and the oddsmakers mildly took notice of the man who may not be fully committed to playing out this season.
The Super Bowl odds board at SportsBetting remained top heavy with many of the favorites (Chiefs, Bucs, Rams, 49ers) pulling out victories in Week 1, but there was some shakeup in the second tier of contenders.
Green Bay slid out of the favorites and into that second tier with 18-1 odds. The Steelers, Seahawks and Saints greatly improved their Super Bowl odds positions with quality Week 1 victories.
Below are the notable movements, as well as the current championship odds. Other teams’ odds moved very little or not at all.
Packers: 11-1 to 18-1
Saints: 35-1 to 20-1
Steelers: 40-1 to 28-1
Seahawks: 24-1 to 18-1

The Eagles saw their title odds jump from 50/1 to 70/1 now that Jalen Hurts is the unquestioned starter.
