Oddly Enough: Next Head Coach Florida Gators, Next college and NFL Coaches Fired

Dan Mullen is the latest casualty in the collegiate head coaching carousel, and a familiar face could be the next to fall.

SportsBetting  has made Steve Sarkisian the favorite to be the next NCAA coach fired. Sark’s USC Trojans were humiliated by rival UCLA this weekend.

As far as Mullen’s replacement, ULL’s Billy Napier is the favorite to take over in Gainesville.

But…could Lane Kiffin swap SEC teams, again? He’s second on the list, followed by Oregon’s Mario Cristobal.

Finally, the sportsbook has updated its odds for who will be the first coach fired in the NFL. Matt Nagy remains the odds-on favorite.

Odds are subject to change (they already have) and current numbers can be seen at SportsBetting

Stroud Now Prohibitive Heisman Fave; Bama Drops to 3rd in Natty Odds

The Buckeyes’ beatdown of Michigan State vaulted them into the second spot on the latest odds board.

SportsBetting  moved the Ohio State past Alabama in its updated CFP National Championship numbers.

While Bryce Young and the Crimson Tide were able to hold off Arkansas at home, CJ Stroud’s epic first-half performance against the Spartans has created a wide gap in the Heisman odds. This marks the first time all season a player is the odds-on favorite with “minus” odds.

Ohio State is listed as a 9.5-point favorite at Michigan for Saturday’s pivotal Big Ten matchup.

Kyler Murray Breaking News Tops Week 11 Must know INtel

It is no surprise that NFL week 11 public plays are dominated by road favorites. The fourth biggest consensus at sportsbooks such as Bovada was New England, an away chalk that already cashed in. Who is who the public is betting

🏈Biggest public consensus in term of percentage of bets: Miami, Cincinnati, San Francisco. The Saints, still implied as the better team with the pointspread less than HFA, is the biggest public underdog.

🏈Most lopsided bets in term of percentage of money and biggest sportsbook liabilities: Miami, Tampa (MNF)

🏈Sharp versus square metrics AKA pros versus Joes: Minnesota, Tampa (MNF), Philadelphia

🏈Biggest line moves with opening odds followed by current odds: Seattle opened +1, now -2.5, Cleveland -10 to -12.5. See injuries below.

As of now, Houston vs. Tennessee is the most heavily bet game, but not by a wide margin.

Top expert pick is from Joe Duffy. Off yet another winning day, five Wise Guys, five Majors in NFL. I added two NBA Wise Guy plays and an NBA Major The bookie have never been a match for more and it’s gotten worse for them and better for every pro gambler. 15-4 Wise Guys in all sports off another sweep yesterday! No offense, if you are not a client of mine, you are subsidizing clients of mine. NFL injuries: Arizona franchise QB Kyler Murray downgraded to between doubtful and questionable. Backup Colt McCoy is also banged up. Aaron Rodgers will start against Minnesota despite toe injury. Ravens QB Lamar Jackson is questionable. Top WR Maquise Brown is out for Baltimore. He has a team-high 52 grabs this year. Browns QB Baker Mayfield is probable, but the big chalk is battling injuries.

Ben Simmons Odds for Next Time Sees Few big name Teams

The 76ers and Nuggets square off on national TV tonight, but while the action is occurring on the floor a good portion of the commentary will be focused on the folks off the floor.

Joel Embiid is sidelined with an injury, but Ben Simmons remains estranged from the team. It doesn’t look like he’ll ever put a Sixers uniform on again, and everyone’s been wondering where Daryl Morey will ship the embattled All-Star.

MaximBet has updated its odds for Simmons’ next team, and the three favorites are not contenders, or anything close to.

You can always check out the latest Simmons odds on SportsBetting

The total in this game is just 38. We have an angle that says to go with big underdogs in a game that the oddsmakers tell you points will be tough to come by is 487-358. Remember, while most systems, especially in pro sports, are counterintuitive, this one is logical. The big number looms even that much larger in a contest in which points will be at a premium.

ARMY -37.5 UMass

College football is easily the top momentum sports in gambling. Army is off a 53-point rout over Bucknell and this sets up a momentum angle that is 1333-1093 ATS. And it more than holds up when we are betting a team off a tune-up game, which makes sense. They got momentum, rested starts, and didn’t exercise much mental or physical energy. Our top-rated simulator program has them covering 59 percent of time, winning by an average of 52-9 in the models.
