Trevor Hoffman blows a save every few years, but we seem
to have San Diego every time he
does.  Only that rarity stopped us from
yet another windfall yesterday, but the winning resumes today.

Despite the aberration, here are the latest numbers:

Ø
77-58, but with 33 dog winners of 125 or higher,
it converts to a “wallet equivalent” of 99-59

Ø
22-11 with Wise Guy plays, six of the winners
dogs of 170 or more

We
have two night dogs for Thursday
.
Remember today is a huge day to buy the four-day pass.  So many of the world’s most successful
gamblers began the rest of their gambling life with the three or four day
passes to The Center of the Handicapping
Universe
Godspicks.com. The ENTIRE card  is just $17 at www.godspicks.com.

MLB

WHITE SOX
(CONTRERAS
-110 Detroit (Rogers)

With the Sox being 21-7 in the series, we don’t expect Detroit
to win two straight. They’ve won 17-of-22 with Contreras against teams with a
winning record. Heck, going back to last year, they are 74-36 overall.

The Sox are 17-3 in the second half of the year the last
two years on the road to AL teams
allowing 4.7 or fewer runs for an ROI of +18.1. Detroit
has lost four straight to Contreras.
