Oddsmakers Say Mike McCarthy Likely to Be First NFL Coach Fired

In just his second season under the thumb of Jerry Jones, the number-crunchers have put Mike McCarthy on the hottest seat in the NFL.

On Tuesday, SportsBetting released odds on which head coach will be fired first during the 2021 regular season.

McCarthy has the lowest odds at 7/1, or +700, while Vic Fangio (8/1) and Matt Nagy (9/1) round out the Top 3.

The safest jobs in the league, at least according to the numbers, belong to Andy Reid (500/1), Bill Belichick (250/1) and Bruce Arians (250/1).

Additionally, the website has updated its Julio Jones sweepstakes odds with the Patriots favored, followed by the Titans and Ravens.
