Texas vs. Rice Betting Picks Preview with @JeffNadu

Texas plays Rice in a neutral site game and Jeff Nadu and Joe Duffy preview the contest. Texas is -32 at Bovada with a total of 56.5 after opening at -30.5 and 57.5 Betonline, home of the opening line.

Eighty-two percent of tickets written are on Texas as well as 89 percent of the money. Though 55 percent of bets are on the under, 52 percent of money is on the over. It is early, so check Twitter sports betting for updates later in the week.

Joe Duffy already has Thursday NFL and Friday college football winners at the top sports betting website.

Texas 2-8-1 after allowing less than 275 total yards in previous game. Texas has gone under 25-11.

Top expert pick on today’s card is from Joe Duffy. He is 13-7 in football. Shorter-term he is 11-2 in NFL since preseason. Saturday, nine Wise Guys, three Majors led by Non-Power 5 Interconference Total of the Year and Non-Conference Underdog of the Year. Redskins vs. Eagles NFL Bets Predictions

NFC East rivals clash on opening week NFL betting. GTBets has the odds at Philadelphia -10 but shop around because some books like Bovada have the line at -9.5. It is a must to shop around. The total is 45.5 across the board. Philadelphia opened at just -7.5 and 46. Sixty-three percent of bets and 60 percent of money is on the Eagles.

Seventy-seven percent of bets and a stunning 99 percent of money is on the UNDER.

The UNDER has hit in 8 of the last 12 Eagles games and given that the Redskins might struggle on the offensive side of the football, that may be a good pick again in this one. The Eagles have won their last 4 meetings with Washington by an average of more than 15 points, so a straightforward pick here.

Get the projected final score and more in the link below.

Big week already up from the Grandmaster! Here. We. Go. NFL, we enter the regular season off another great preseason. Yep 10-2 NFL. We are 12-6 overall in football. First Wise Guys of college football and big time. Thursday NFL side. Friday, Wise Guy and Major. Saturday, eight Wise Guys, three Majors led by Non-Power 5 Interconference Total of the Year. Oh, I am not done. Sunday, NFL Wise Guy and Major. College could be done, but more NFL likely from Joe Duffy at OffshoreInsiders.com.

Washington is 1-5 in week 1. The Eagles enter the season on a five-game spread winning streak. The favorite covered seven straight in the series. Eagles have gone under 10-3 at home.

Thursday Night Football Packers vs. Bears Winning Picks

2019 NFL regular season betting kicks off–literally on Thursday Night Football. It’s the Green Bay Packers at Chicago Bears. Chicago is -3 -115 at GTBets with a total of 46.5. It opened at -4 and 45.5 at Betonline, home of the opening line.

Though 57 percent of bets are on Green Bay, 56 percent of cash is on da Bears. Likewise, a slight discrepancy on the total as 52 percent of tickets are on the over, but 56 percent of money on the under.

QB Mitchell Trubisky didn’t throw a single pass in the preseason, so fans will get their first chance to weigh in on the quarterback’s progress Thursday night. Trubisky has tended to perform at his best against Green Bay. In his fifth professional start, Trubisky had one of the best games of his rookie season, completing 21 of 35 passes for 297 yards and a touchdown. He has yet to throw an interception against the Packers.

Full preview below!

Green Bay is 2-7-1 ATS in road games, while the Bears have covered an incredible seven straight to the NFC North. They are 16-5 at home and 9-2 overall. However, the Packers are 16-5 ATS in Chicago and 12-5 overall in the series.

Most Heavily Bet Teams for Super Bowl, Divisional Champs, MVP, More

Data provided by a couple of sportsbooks could create some interesting storylines for this week’s NFL content.

According to information from SportsBettingand Betonline the Super Bowl favorites are getting plenty of action, but some aren’t the teams books will be rooting against the most this season. It is interesting to compare the differences between the two books.

The three players with the most action to win MVP are 24 years old or younger, and while the guy with the most bets is a bit of shocker, the fact that all three are quarterbacks is not.

The teams getting the most over/under bets for their regular season win totals hints at who the professional bettors think will outperform and underperform this year. Also, a few of the bet counts for the division odds are a bit surprising.

Also below are current Super Bowl, AFC, NFC, division and win total odds.

Teams that have received most bets to win Super Bowl:

(Report from SportsBetting)

1. Cleveland Browns (8.5 percent of all wagers)
2. New England Patriots (7.4)
3. Philadelphia Eagles (6.7)
4. Kansas City Chiefs (6.3)
5. Chicago Bears (5.1)

(Report from Betonline)

1. Kansas City Chiefs (9.0 percent of all wagers)
2. New Orleans Saints (7.0)
3. New England Patriots (6.3)
4. Cleveland Browns (5.8)
5. Chicago Bears (5.6)

However, just because a team has attracted the most bets doesn’t necessarily mean it could be the book’s largest liability. Sometimes this is the case, but often it isn’t as bets are placed at different odds. For example, if an underdog has received the sixth-most bets that team could be the book’s biggest exposure.

Teams that will incur largest loss for the sportsbook if they win Super Bowl:

(Report from SportsBetting)

1. Browns
2. Eagles
3. Colts

Alabama vs. Duke Winning Free Bet and Info

Duke is at Alabama on Saturday. Not surprisingly Alabama is a stunning -32 with a total of 56.5 at Bet Now. This is after opening at -32 and 63. Offshore and Las Vegas has 72 percent of bets and 79 percent of money on the Crimson Tide. However, the total is more dynamic with 60 percent of bets on over, yet 61 percent of the money on the under.

Alabama should be a favorite to win the National Championship. The Crimson Tide returns quarterback Tua Tagovailoa and a group of amazing wide receivers. The rushing attack as always will be stellar while the defense as always will be one of the top units in college football.
Bama’s head coach Nick Saban, no doubt, learned a lot from the loss to Clemson in the 2019 National Championship. Saban won’t let the Crimson Tide rest on their laurels this season. The quest for another title starts by beating Duke by more than 40 points.

Sportsbooks: Clay Helton First Coach Fired

Vegas has firmly planted Clay Helton on the hot seat.

The sportsbook SportsBetting has set odds for who will be the first college football coach fired. The options reflect head coaches from every Power 5 program, as well as Notre Dame and BYU.

Helton has the shortest odds going into his fourth full year at USC. Unsurprisingly, Dabo Swinney and Nick Saban have the longest odds of being canned first.

“USC has a real chance of carrying a losing record after the first five weeks of the season, and that would really put a lot of pressure on the administration,” said Adam Burns, head linesman at SportsBetting.
