Football Betting

All eyes in the sports betting world are on Lubbock, Texas as Texas Tech behind the arm of Graham Harrell to Michael Crabtree tries to lead Mike Leach and the Red Raiders to victory or at least a cover to Texas and Colt McCoy. Somehow we knew that Cinderella kicker Matt Williams would finally miss a kick to keep it close. The last kick was a gooey duck.

I have to confess, I was running for the college football overtime rules, once Temple blew the big lead to Navy and it went to OT. We were not 100 percent sure if Navy would have to kick the extra point and give us the Dr. Strange against the spread loss of the year. But the schedule calls for Texas Tech to eek out a spread win.

We will have to check out the YouTube video of John McCain (political betting odds) on SNL as these games are too darn close and we are checking to see if we will add anymore late steam to GodsTips incredible Sunday NFL betting card to complete winning week 12-of-14 in pro football betting. GodsTips takes center stage again with nine NFL winners already up at OffshoreInsiders.com

No need to turn the clocks back, as we continue to fall forward to winner after winner thanks to Grandmaster sports handicapper Joe Duffy and the top football expert Mike Godsey.

Vegas Insider Injury Information For NCAA Football Odds

Here is late breaking injury information for today’s tremendous college football betting card.

Central Michigan-Indiana

Hoosiers QB Kellen Lewis is expected back after missing two games. Brian Gould of ScoresOddsPicks.com tells us that Indiana has a major injury that will sneak under the radar. Safety Austin Thomas is out. He has 10 tackles and two interceptions last week. This injury particularly hurts against CMU’s high powered offense led by QB Dan LeFevour.

Minnesota-Northwestern

Northwestern started out 6-1 but not only lost last week, their RB Tyrell Sutton was lost for the year and QB C.J. Bacher is questionable. Sutton, a senior, is leading the team in rushing.

Pittsburgh-Notre Dame

Pitt starting QB Bill Stull practiced this week, but is questionable. “If he does not play, the Panthers will keep the ball on the ground,” says Bob Warner of Lines-Maker.com. Sharp players will keep a close eye, especially those who bet totals.

Nebraska-Oklahoma

Sooners WR Manny Johnson is questionable. He is second on the team with 33 receptions. He did return to practice though, generally a good sign.

Michigan-Purdue

Purdue’s four year starting QB Curtis Painter has a separated shoulder. He is game time decision, but will likely be limited. His backup is a redshirt freshman Justin Stiller, who has just 10 career completions.

Clemson-Boston College

Clemson will get talented RB C.J. Spiller back. The Tigers lost both games that he missed. Backup QB Willy Korn, who did start one game, is probable. He may share time with Cullen Harper today.

Leo Getz nailed his College Football Game of the Month on Cincinnati Thursday. Perhaps lost in his Big East domination is he is darn good in all sports and has hit 55-of-73 Game of the Week/Month/Year plays in all sports. ACC Game of the Year Miami/Virginia and his Interconference Game of the Year Tulsa/Arkansas both go Saturday. It’s all part of a loaded gun on the MasterLockLine. Click now to purchase sports betting picks from the top sports services or you can get more information and a free sports pick

Florida State-Georgia Tech

The FSU gang is focusing on the status of RB Antoine Smith. He is probable. The one game the Seminoles lost this year, he was held to just 24 yards rushing, so his status is key.

Tulane-LSU

The Green Wave will be without RB Andre Anderson. He entered last week’s game fourth in the nation in rushing before he was hurt on his third carry. His loss is devastating as he’s the team’s second leading receiver.

Florida International-Louisiana Lafayette

UL QB Mike Desormeauz is very likely to play. He is the top rushing QB in the nation and leads the conference in total offense.

Saturday Betting Report

The big event on Saturday takes place down in Texas, where the No. 1 Longhorns will try to grab a victory against the No. 6 Red Raiders. Here’s your Daily Sports Roundup and most importantly, don’t forget the roundup of the top sports picks for today.

Texas Tech can get some consideration for the top spot in the college football rankings if they can knock off No. 1 Texas. The Red Raiders are listed as 3.5-point home underdogs in this contest, while the battle of potent offenses has a posted total of 74 points. The Longhorns are 8-0 straight-up and 7-1 against-the-spread on the season, while the Red Raiders are also 8-0 SU but a less lucrative 3-2-1 versus the posted line.

No. 2 Alabama will host Arkansas State on Saturday afternoon as a big 23.5-point favorite, while No. 4 Oklahoma will get a visit from Nebraska and try to cover the 21.5-point spread. No. 5 Florida will be in tough against No. 8 Georgia; the Gators are 6.5-point favorites. The real Ironman Florida is the World’s Largest Cocktail Party.

Meanwhile, it’s Washington at No. 7 USC (-46) and Iowa State at No. 9 Oklahoma State (-30.5) in a pair of mismatches, and No. 10 Utah (-7.5) at New Mexico. Also the FSU gang takes on GA Tech.
