NFL Betting News: Cable Decision To Be Made Today

It’s pretty clear that the Oakland Raiders won’t be playing for a Super Bowl ring this year. As a matter of fact, their head coach may be wearing a ring around each wrist at 5:00 PM ET tonight if the district attorney has come to a decision.

The incident stems from when Cable acted like a Gambino family member and flipped assitant Randy Hanson out of a chair in a wire room (or punched him in the face – it’s unclear to this point) and Hanson ended up breaking his jaw. It’s alleged that Cable did hit him, which is why he may be indicted and put in prison because at that point, it’s felony assault.

It has been a slow-moving process to this point so it’s really strange that no moves have been made by the investigators or the NFL. While some people want to sweep it under the rug and suggest that boys will be boys, someone could be arrested and there very well could be charges.

The inconsistency makes me not feel confident that he can step his game up and step on the Anaheim players’ throats closing this series out. Vlad, Abreu, Hunter, Figgins and Morales have no choice but to win this thing or else the golf clubs are coming out of the closet for the winter.
 
Joe Girardi’s club has played very very well this postseason as that 6-1 record shows but they also are not invincible even with Arod at times looking like the best player on the planet. The Pinstripers have benefitted from opponent’s bonehead plays and a different bounce here or there and they could have been down 2-1 to both Minnesota and here to Anaheim. I know, if, if ,if, that’s all speculation and somewhat silly but my point is that this is not the 1917 Yankees beating teams game in and game out by a billion or a team that can just lace em up today and win with ease.
 
I expect Lackey top be very solid and go deep into this thing and for Mike Scioscia to pull out all of the stops and force a game six, end of story.
