\nMan Square Massacre, I am a Ronald Reagan conservative. <\/span>Nobody is more dismayed by the Prohibition of
\nthe 21^{st<\/sup> Century than I am. <\/span>I
\npainfully acknowledge that the Reagan Revolution has been hijacked by the Big
\nBrother Devolution, which has lead to the basic civil right to place a bet
\nhaving been infringed upon. <\/o:p><\/p>\n}

That is unless you want to play bingo in a church hall or
\nbet on the No. 4 horse in the second race. The insurgents in the conservative
\nmovement know who butters their bread. John Kyl and Bill Frist may be
\nhypocritical but they are not stupid. Every phony has his price. <\/o:p><\/p>\n

What attracted me to the Conservative Movement more than
\nanything else was the foundation of personal responsibility and accountability.
\nThe Reagan Revolution saw this across the board whether it was holding
\nconvicted criminals accountable, allowing the successful to keep more of their
\nincome and by believing the individual and private sector always thrive more
\nwithout government interference. <\/o:p><\/p>\n

Deregulation was commonplace. Most importantly, my brand
\nof conservatism believed in creating new streams of tax revenue. This was in
\nlieu of raising taxes on the rich, defining the wealthy as anyone who makes one
\ndollar more than I do. <\/o:p><\/p>\n

In the Baptist Press,
\n<\/i>Bill Frist wrote a first person account why he knows how to spend your
\nmoney more responsibly than you do. <\/o:p><\/p>\n

The father of the Big Brother movement apparently wants to
\nreplace the first letter in his last name with \u201cCh\u201d because he appoints himself
\nthe Savior of you and me. <\/span>Conservatism\u2019s
\nbastard child aimlessly scribbled, \u201cPeople who gamble
\nonline are almost twice as likely to become problem gamblers as those who
\ngamble in other places. Problem gambling destroys lives and families.\u201d <\/span> <\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n

Frist has chosen not to revive Reaganism, but McCarthyism.
\n<\/o:p><\/p>\n

Apparently if you want to bet a four-team $20 parlay, you
\nare destroying your family. <\/span>Clearly your
\nvalues are not as family friendly as that of Frist and Thomas Foley. Send
\nperverted messages to minors on a computer and Big Brother wants to cover it
\nup. Bet lunch money on a baseball game and Frist wants to lock you up. <\/o:p><\/p>\n

I will be the first to admit, most Americans do not put
\nthe utmost priority on their right to gamble, though I\u2019d venture to say the
\nnumber of enraged is significantly higher than far right wing periphery
\nrealizes. <\/o:p><\/p>\n

The Big Brother conservatives believe in personal
\nresponsibility alright. Your family values are their personal responsibility. <\/o:p><\/p>\n

Every opinion poll known to mankind confirms American
\nfamilies believe Frist has failed miserably in leading his party in the Senate.
\nUndeterred, he still believes government needs to be the caretaker of your
\nfamily. You are too dim-witted to know online gambling is the greatest affront
\nto the American family since that effeminate dinosaur Barney started
\nemasculating our children thanks to tax supported PBS. <\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n

Legalizing and taxing online gambling is the perfect
\nmarriage for true conservatives. However the beliefs in personal responsibility
\nand new forms of tax revenue have been sabotaged.<\/o:p><\/p>\n

The To Bet a Man Square Massacre may not be the reason
\nthat Frist and his cronies have approval ratings that hover around the Duke
\nfootball team\u2019s winning percentage. <\/span>But
\nhis attack on your rights under the subterfuge of family values is at the very
\nleast symbolic of the crisis he created. Genuine conservatives, those who
\nshould be his core supporters, believe that Frist and Kyl are, how can I say
\nthis nicely\u2014self righteous idiots whose subversive skullduggery has
\nincapacitated the movement they pretend to represent. <\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n

Ronald Reagan must be turning over in his grave. <\/span>I\u2019d bet on it, but Jesus Frist won\u2019t let me. <\/o:p><\/p>\n
