Matt Rivers, who was the winningest handicapper ever\u2014nobody came close\u2014on a large network of sites.<\/p>\n<p>I am not deeming the Clippers good just yet but with Blake Griffin in the fold this team isn\u2019t the Clippers from years\u2019 past. Certainly the organization as a whole is complete mush and\u00a0making the playoffs would still be a surprise but I do believe\u00a0Los Angeles\u2019 inferior basketball team is going to be much improved in the near future\u00a0and at a big number like this is a semi must play. Obviously the 1-7\u00a0start to the season after another bad loss last night hasn\u2019t been great and LA is on a tough back-to-back after the game\u00a0against the undefeated New Orleans Hornets last night but just look at the Clippers\u2019\u00a0roster and it\u2019s not that bad.<\/p>\n<p>Besides a beast in the middle in Griffin there\u2019s an aging but still very capable Baron Davis along with solid pieces like Chris Kaman and Eric Gordon. Davis and Gordon have been banged up of late and without them could present a problem or two here against Timmay and the Spurs but at this number I\u2019ll take my chances with the Clippers as guys like\u00a0Eric Bledsoe and Al-Fariq Aminu are good enough if needed to play some bigger minutes.<\/p>\n<p>There is no doubt that San Antonio at home is the far better and health.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bettorsadvice.com\/\">Betting advice<\/a>: LA Clippers<\/p>\n<p><strong>For more information: <\/strong>Matt Rivers<strong> <\/strong>winning 10 of 15 winning days is still nothing to sneeze about at all but I do not to assert myself today and cash that ticket.
