\nback against the Bengals. <\/a>Ahman<\/span><\/span> Green will start, McCarthy said Saturday. It will be his first
\ngame action since he tore a quadriceps tendon at <\/span>Minnesota<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:State> on Oct. 23. Also expected to be available are Najeh<\/span> Davenport and <\/span>Arliss<\/span><\/span><\/st1:PlaceName> <\/span>Beach<\/span><\/st1:PlaceType><\/st1:place>, both of whom have been banged up and limited in practice this
\nweek. <\/span>Davenport<\/span><\/st1:place><\/st1:City> (hip) made it through practice for a second
\nstraight day. Beach (shoulder) practiced all week with a red jersey, meaning he
\ncould not have contact. Samkon<\/span> Gado<\/span>
\nand Noah Herron also are expected to play. Green is expected to play 18 to 20
\nsnaps, but the No. 1 offense will play more than that. McCarthy didn\u2019t say
\nwhich running back would follow Green. Herron could get a few snaps at fullback
\nbecause starter William Henderson is out with a knee injury. Cornerback Mike
\nHawkins, who returned to practice on Monday after missing almost three weeks
\nwith a sore knee, made it through Saturday\u2019s practice and should be available
\nfor the Bengals game. Cornerback Patrick Dendy<\/span> also
\nreturned Monday after missing three weeks with an ankle sprain, but McCarthy
\nsaid his status was less certain than that of Hawkins. <\/span>Game-time
