What a great night for beating the sportsbooks<\/span><\/font><\/a> as the college football odds<\/span><\/font><\/a> have Colorado at Oklahoma State and the NFL odds<\/span><\/font><\/a> sees the Dolphins at Panthers. Today’s sports picks against the spread is from superstar Matt Rivers. He says go with <\/span><\/font>Eastern Kentucky<\/st1:place> plus the points at Pittsburgh<\/st1:place><\/st1:City>.<\/p>\n

Currently the Panthers are laying 16 at Bodog<\/span><\/font><\/span><\/a>.
 
Jamie Dixon is a heck of a coach and will have his Pittsburgh Panthers compete hard in the Big East this season but right now this team is not very good. Pitt just lost a ton of talent and I mean a ton in DeJuan<\/span> Blair, Levance<\/span> Fields and Sam Young to name a few. In the early going the struggles are evident as they narrowly beat Wofford<\/span> by three and in the last game did not cover against a <\/span><\/font>Binghamton<\/st1:place><\/st1:City> team which is in more disarray than any school in the entire country and is reminiscient<\/span> of a High School team right now.
 
Sure being at home is huge and the Panthers are clearly more skilled than Eastern Kentucky<\/st1:place> but the Colonels do bring back a lot of talent and that definitely means something. Of course Mike Rose and his 20 points per game is gone which hurts but that is about it.
 
Justin Stommes<\/span> poured in a game-high 28 points in the easy opening win over a cupcake and tonight will be a test that you know in terms of motivation EKU<\/span> will be up for.
 
On the other hand I can’t really see the Panthers treating this game as the end all be<\/span> all and that could mean they once again go through the motions a bit.
 
If Pittsburgh<\/st1:place><\/st1:City> comes to play and these guys gel a bit in this thing than we are clearly in some trouble. They are faster and more athletic and overall the far superior team in the building. But after the first two extremely unimpressive performances my money is on a third straight pedestrian effort. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n
