I\u2019m sure he\u2019s had expert consultation all<br \/>\nalong.&nbsp; My guess is that the IRS probably failed miserably in civil<br \/>\nprocedures trying to collect a tax he didn\u2019t owe.&nbsp; With very little<br \/>\ninformation regarding this case it appears to me that the IRS is making an<br \/>\nexample out of him to scare others.&nbsp; I don\u2019t think that article even<br \/>\nmentioned if this was an individual income tax matter or business income tax<br \/>\nmatter.&nbsp; In fact, they never mentioned what type of tax, which is a very<br \/>\nimportant detail.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Currently, the IRS has all their drones from the government-run press out<br \/>\nthere reporting his arrest (propaganda), but it will be interesting to see<br \/>\nwhat happens next.&nbsp; Right now, people like Mr. Carruthers are winning<br \/>\nquite<br \/>\nhandily in the courts, both criminal and civil cases.&nbsp; However, if the IRS<br \/>\nwants to drive a point home they will fix the case and toss his ass in<br \/>\nprison just to scare others into paying a tax they all know they don\u2019t<br \/>\nlegally owe.&nbsp; Welcome to American&#8230; where our <span class=SpellE>dumbass<\/span><br \/>\ncitizens are happy as<br \/>\nclams under the obvious false perception of freedom.&nbsp; So deeply enslaved<br \/>\nbecause they are too stupid, or just flat out refuse to recognize or<br \/>\nacknowledge the fact.&nbsp; <span class=GramE>Embarrassing, actually.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>If it\u2019s not fixed he\u2019ll more than likely win but very few reporters (or<br \/>\nnone) will actually report the victory in the papers.&nbsp; Most people\u2019s<br \/>\nlasting<br \/>\nmemory of this ordeal will be his arrest and humiliating strip search.&nbsp;<br \/>\nThey<br \/>\nwill assume his is in prison even if he is not.<\/p>\n<p>This is typically how the IRS operates\u2014all under the direction of our<br \/>\ncriminals in Congress.&nbsp;
