Here are key NFL injuries and NFL weather conditions for both the fantasy football <\/a>player and for week 4 NFL betting picks <\/a><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Chargers vs. Steelers<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

It’s the Sunday night football game on NBC. One team is likely to have their star RB, the other not. <\/span><\/font>San Diego<\/st1:place><\/st1:City>’s LaDainian Tomlinson is probable after missing the last two games with an ankle injury. They are without both starting safeties Bryan Scott and Donte Whitner<\/span>. <\/span><\/font>Two reserves on defense are also out so the Bills are very thin on the defensive end. <\/p>\n

On offense, they are without starting T Demetrius Bell. The Bills also are very thin depth wise among the big uglies<\/span>. <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Buccaneers vs. Redskins<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

Aging Washington RB Clinton Portis<\/span> is a game time decision. <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

But no tigers, oh my.<\/span><\/font><\/span> Detroit RB Kevin Smith, who got 101 yards rushing last week on only 16 carries, is a game time decision. <\/p>\n

Again New England WR Wes Welker won’t have his status determined until close to game time. <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Raiders vs. Texans<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

There is a 74 percent chance of rain at kickoff but winds only 7 mph. <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Bengals vs. Browns<\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/b><\/p>\n

There is a 42 percent chance of rain at kickoff and winds 14 mph to west to southwest. <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n
