Kevin Kolb, once presumed as the Eagles QB of the future, will also see his first action of the preseason in the fourth quarter. <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Because this is the third game in 11 days for the Jaguars, they will use next week as the dress rehearsal. <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n
