Alex Barron is out at RT<\/span> for the Lambs, so No. 2 overall picks Jason Smith gets the start. His play has improved throughout camp. <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Out for <\/span><\/font>Atlanta<\/st1:place><\/st1:City>: CB Chris Houston, LB Edmond<\/st1:place><\/st1:City> Miles, S William Moore, and DT Jason Jefferson. Atlanta<\/st1:place><\/st1:City> will likely test several young players against the Rams starters. DE Chauncey Davis and DT Trey Lewis will start but head coach Mike Smith said he will rotate players at those positions. <\/p>\n

Other young Falcons who will get into the game early include CB Christopher Owens, DE Lawrence Sidbury<\/span>, and DT Vance Walker. <\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

RB Thomas Brown, who saw a lot of time as kick returner<\/span> to <\/span><\/font>Detroit<\/st1:place><\/st1:City>, is a game time decision. <\/p>\n

Smith did indicate that the QB rotation after Matt Ryan will be different than last week, but he did not specify. As point of reference, against <\/span><\/font>Detroit<\/st1:place><\/st1:City> it was Chris Redman, D.J<\/span>. Shockley, and John Parker Wilson. <\/p>\n

St. Louis<\/span><\/font><\/st1:place><\/st1:City> starters will play the first half. <\/p>\n
