Look for Cincinnati to make a better showing after such a poor effort in their opener, even if they don&#8217;t have <strong><b style='mso-bidi-font-weight:normal'><font face=\"Times New Roman\">Carson Palmer<\/font><\/b><\/strong>. He has not won since July 8 against the Cubs, losing three decisions since then.
