Also on tap around the American League on Tuesday: Minnesota at Cleveland, Baltimore at Detroit, Seattle at Kansas City, the Angels at the White Sox, Texas at Oakland, and Boston at Tampa Bay. Red Sox lefthander Jon Lester (9-7, 3.90 ERA) will try to get back into the win column in that contest; he took a no-decision against the A’s last time out, allowing four earned runs in 5 2-3 innings.
