With the game being played on a Western Conference court in <\/span><\/font><st1:City><st1:place>Phoenix<\/st1:place><\/st1:City> the oddsmakers have the home side pegged as the favorite &#8211; the line was hovering between 4.5 points and 7.5 points heading into the weekend. The East topped the West 134-128 in <st1:City><st1:place>New Orleans<\/st1:place><\/st1:City> last season, with LeBron James picking up his second MVP award in the last three years. The last time the game was in <st1:City><st1:place>Phoenix<\/st1:place><\/st1:City> was back in 1995, with the West winning 139-112.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p><strong><b><font size=2 color=\"#333333\" face=Arial><span style='font-size: 9.5pt;font-family:Arial'>The March to Madness<\/span><\/font><\/b><\/strong><o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p><font size=2 color=\"#333333\" face=Arial><span style='font-size:9.5pt'>No. 3 North Carolina will try to follow up their impressive win over rival Duke with a road victory against <\/span><\/font><st1:City><st1:place>Miami<\/st1:place><\/st1:City> on Sunday. The Tar Heels went to 22-2 on the season with a 101-87 pounding of the Blue Devils on Wednesday; <span class=SpellE>Ty<\/span> Lawson was good for 25 points for <st1:State><st1:place>North Carolina<\/st1:place><\/st1:State> in that victory. The Hurricanes also met Duke last time out, but they came out on the wrong end of a 78-75 OT decision.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p><font size=2 color=\"#333333\" face=Arial><span style='font-size:9.5pt'>The No. 6 Blue Devils are also back in action on Sunday, as they&#8217;ll be on the road to take on <\/span><\/font><st1:place><st1:PlaceName>Boston<\/st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType>College<\/st1:PlaceType><\/st1:place>. As well, No. 5 Louisville will host DePaul, No. 12 Clemson will visit <st1:State><st1:place>Virginia<\/st1:place><\/st1:State>, No. 15 Butler will get a visit from Loyola Chicago, and <st1:State><st1:place>Indiana<\/st1:place><\/st1:State> will host No. 22 Illinois.
