The Browns have scored a combined 21 points over the course of their losing streak, and they lost 28-9 on the road versus the Titans last week. Third-string QB Ken Dorsey went 22-of-43 for 150 yards passing with one INT<\/span>, while Joshua Cribbs<\/span> was the top rusher with just 24 yards. <\/p>\n

The oddsmakers don’t expect the Monday nighter<\/span> to be a close affair – they have the Eagles pegged as big 14-point home favorites.
