Known as one of if not the most hands-on owners in the NBA, Mark Cuban has always made waves in the NBA as the chief of the Dallas Mavericks.  Reports that came out yesterday that he is being charged by the SEC with insider trading however have left his future with the NBA and the Dallas Mavericks in doubt.  He was also considering a bid to purchase the Chicago Cubs \u2013 a scenario that experts called a long-shot at best is now all but in the tank. <\/p>\n
