All reports are that home field advantage and enthusiasm will be at a high. <o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p><font size=3 face=\"Times New Roman\"><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>Meanwhile, they are hosting a <\/span><\/font><st1:State><st1:place>New Mexico<\/st1:place><\/st1:State> team that has yet to play a road game, but already has a pair of losses of six or more points. <o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p><st1:City><st1:place><font size=3 face=\"Times New Roman\"><span   style='font-size:12.0pt'>Tulsa<\/span><\/font><\/st1:place><\/st1:City> quarterback David Johnson leads the nation in passing efficiency. He has completed 45 of 57 passes for 750 yards, 9 touchdowns and 79 percent completion rate.<br \/> In his second game, Johnson threw for 418 yards and six <span class=SpellE>TDs<\/span> &#8211; the most for a <span class=SpellE>TU<\/span> quarterback Gus Frerotte had six <span class=SpellE>TDs<\/span> against <st1:place>East Carolina<\/st1:place> on <st1:date Month=\"11\" Day=\"6\" Year=\"1993\">Nov. 6, 1993<\/st1:date>.<br \/> Johnson had 332 yards passing in the season opener.<\/p>\n<p><font size=3 face=\"Times New Roman\"><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><br \/> <span class=SpellE>TU<\/span> comes into the contest ranked third in the nation in total offense with 578 yards, fourth in pass offense with 391 yards and seventh in scoring with 50.5 points per game.<br style='mso-special-character: line-break'> <![if !supportLineBreakNewLine]><br style='mso-special-character:line-break'> <![endif]><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<p><font size=3 face=\"Times New Roman\"><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>Brennan Marion, the 2007 Conference USA newcomer of the year, broke a 30-year NCAA record last&nbsp; year when he averaged 31.9 yards per&nbsp; catch on 39 receptions for 1,244 yards.&nbsp; This season, he has caught eight passes for 232 yards and a 29 average per reception.&nbsp; He had four receptions for 125 yards against <span class=SpellE>UAB<\/span> in the season opener.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <br \/> Again, all this was on the road.
