Gonzaga is second at 9\/1 while Iowa (10\/1), Kentucky (10\/1) and Baylor (12\/1) round out the Top 5.&nbsp;<br><br>Duke is No. 9 in the polls, but the Blue Devils have the same odds (15\/1) as Virginia.&nbsp;<br><br>Kentucky is 10th in the polls but tied for third in the odds.
