According to the updated political betting odds<\/font><\/a>, Barack Obama is now a 2-1 favorite to be next President of the United States<\/st1:PLACE><\/st1:COUNTRY-REGION>. Intrade gives him a 59.9 percent chance. But now politicos are asking if the latest bombshell, that 17-year-old daughter of Republican Vice Presidential candidate, Bristol Palin is pregnant. <\/p>\n

Already earlier in the day, an email smear campaign of “Sarah Palin<\/span> is trailer trash” had commenced, even before Gustav hit the Gulf<\/st1:PLACETYPE> Coast<\/st1:PLACETYPE><\/st1:PLACE>. <\/p>\n

While tennis fans were betting heavily on Rafael Nadal<\/span> to defeat Sam Querrey<\/span>, Cy McCormick reports that some sharp bettors are betting on John McCain as the big underdog at sundry sportsbooks<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Most political observers agree that the pregnancy of Palin’s<\/span> daughter will have little affect on the race, though pro-unborn rights activists are sure to rally around Bristol’s decision. <\/p>\n

Also, should the far left mudslingers like Keith Olbermann<\/span>, DailyKos.com, or Arianna<\/span> Huffington<\/span> use Bristol Palin’s<\/span> pregnancy as a weapon, the undecided would likely rally around Palin<\/span>. <\/p>\n
