Thursday<\/o:p><\/p>\n

Ravens-Patriots <\/o:p><\/span><\/h1>\n
For those who love to bet on teams with quarterback
\ncompetitions, the Ravens are your team. Middling veteran Kyle Boller gets the
\nnod to start and is expected to play most of the first half. He will be
\nfollowed by Troy Smith and rookie Joe Flacco<\/span>. <\/o:p><\/p>\n
John Harbaugh<\/span> makes his debut as
\nRavens head coach. <\/span>Baltimore<\/st1:place><\/st1:City>
\nwill be without several key players on offense: running back Willis McGahee,
\ntight end Todd Heap and OTs<\/span> Adam Terry and Jared
\nGather. Rookie Ray Rice from Rutgers<\/st1:place> gets the
\nopportunity as starting running back. <\/o:p><\/p>\n
New England<\/st1:place> has only 11 offensive
\nlinemen. <\/o:p><\/p>\n
Chiefs-Bears<\/o:p><\/span><\/h1>\n
Rookie DT Glenn Dorsey is out. Chicago<\/st1:place><\/st1:City>
\nhas numerous injuries on the offensive line. <\/o:p><\/p>\n
Saints-Cardinals<\/o:p><\/span><\/h1>\n
Saints running back Deuce McAllister and tight end Jeremy
\nShockey are out as are wide receiver Devery<\/span> Henderson
\nand CBs Mike McKenzie and Tracy Porter. Arizona<\/st1:place><\/st1:State>
\nwill be without starting WR<\/span> Anquan<\/span>
\nBoldin<\/span>. <\/o:p><\/p>\n
Giants-Lions<\/o:p><\/span><\/h1>\n
The Giants have been slowed by a long series of nagging
\ninjuries, with WR<\/span> being among the hardest hit. Eli
\nManning will start at quarterback from Big Blue but will quickly yield to
\nAnthony Wright. <\/o:p><\/p>\n
Jets-Browns<\/o:p><\/span><\/h1>\n
Cleveland<\/st1:place><\/st1:City> will
\nstart Brady Quinn at quarterback and he may play the entire first half. Normal
\nstarter Derek Anderson will follow but because the Browns have only three
\nsignal callers on the roster, expect to see plenty of front liner playing time
\nbehind center. Ken Dorsey is their No. 3 starter. <\/o:p><\/p>\n
Saturday<\/o:p><\/p>\n
Cowboys-Chargers<\/o:p><\/span><\/h1>\n
Bolts starting quarterback Philip Rivers is expected to
\nstart and test his surgically repaired knee. He will play one or two series and
\nno more than a quarter. As is per usual, Chargers running back LaDainian Tomlinson
\nis not expected to carry the ball at all. <\/o:p><\/p>\n
Colts-Panthers<\/o:p><\/span><\/h1>\n
Indianapolis<\/st1:place><\/st1:City>
\nhas a game under the belt following their thrashing Sunday night at the hands
\nof Indianapolis<\/st1:place><\/st1:City>. Many sports handicappers<\/a> like betting on
\nsquads that have already played a game. <\/o:p><\/p>\n
The Panthers have been dealing with the distraction of the
\nugly fight when wide receiver Steve Smith blindsided CB Ken Lucas. Starting WR<\/span> Maques<\/span> Colston<\/span>
\nhas missed several practices and is doubtful. <\/o:p><\/p>\n
Peyton Manning remains out for the horses. <\/o:p><\/p>\n
Rams-Titans<\/o:p><\/span><\/h1>\n
Rams running back Steven Jackson is a holdout and will
\nmiss the game. The Rams have had a double digit number of players miss practice
\nin several days,<\/span> hence continuity may be a factor
\naccording to MasterLockLine.com<\/span><\/span><\/a>\u2019s<\/span> Cy McCormick. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n
Falcons-Jaguars<\/o:p><\/span><\/h1>\n

\nindications are that the Falcons will put a high priority on winning in the
