This time last year, sports handicapper Dr. Bob Stohl was
\nthe preferred betting syndicate advisor in reference to college football picks
\nand NFL picks. Unfortunately, Doctor Bob had a mediocre year at best for those
\nwho wager on football. <\/p>\n

Simultaneously, Stevie Vincent a veteran football
\nhandicapping expert was turning the sports betting industry, both Vegas
\nsportsbooks and online sportsbooks, upside down with his revolutionary forensic

Vincent\u2019s meteoric rise, among high rollers betting on
\nsports, was not overnight. Ironically Vincent was successful at handicapping
\nsports but hesitant to gamble for personal reasons. He did admit a \u201cfamily
\nmember\u201d had a major gambling problem but \u201cnot sports betting\u201d so he was
\nresistant to bet. <\/p>\n

He was Executive Editor of the famed scorephone Tailgate
\nParty, which in the pre-internet days was the choice for real-time sports
\nbetting information and free football gambling picks. <\/p>\n

MVP Sportsbook had a program for would-be sports
\nhandicappers. <\/span>Their model was to build
\nand market a site for anyone who wanted to open a sports service. <\/span>In return, parent company, the VO-Group would
\nhave exclusive rights to advertise their sportsbook and online casinos on such
\nsite. <\/p>\n

Vincent reluctantly started his career as a professional
\nsports handicapper via MVP Sportsbook, which was under the direction of online
\nsportsbook pioneer Dalton Wagner. <\/p>\n

Joe Duffy, now CEO of OffshoreInsiders.com<\/a>,
\n<\/span><\/b>took advantage of their marketing relationship with VO-Group when he
\nwas General Manager of Freescoreboard.com. <\/p>\n

\u201cWe used their program as sort of an American Idol for sports
\nhandicappers.\u201d MVP had about 300 handicappers in their program. According to
\nDuffy, \u201cAbout 98 percent of them were William Hung,\u201d a reference to American
\nIdol\u2019s most infamous contestant. Continuing with his American Idol metaphor,
\n\u201cThere was really only one Kelly Clarkson or Carrie Underwood.\u201d <\/p>\n

While other handicappers made sales, Vincent was the only
\ntipster who got clients to continue to renew on a consistent basis. \u201cThe
\nquality of his reports, both in winning and insight was truly second to none\u201d
\nDuffy asserts. <\/p>\n

\u201cWe added three handicappers from the MVP program, but
\nVincent was the crown jewel,\u201d said Duffy. <\/p>\n

Despite the presence of elite handicappers and sports
\nservices the Animal, Leo Shafto, GodsPicks<\/span> (now
\nGodsTips), and the SuperLockLine, Vincent found a niche and had a renewal rate
\nmost touts only fantasize about. <\/p>\n

Then an even bigger breakthrough happened. University<\/st1:PlaceType>
\nof PA<\/st1:PlaceName><\/st1:place> forensic economist Justin
\nWolfers wrote a research paper in which he claimed showed overwhelming
\nstatistical evidence of point shaving in college athletics. <\/p>\n

Vincent used some of the basic ideas in the paper to fine
\ntune his own handicapping techniques and developed the ground-breaking science
\nof forensic handicapping. \u201cIt was a natural progression to what I was already
\ndoing,\u201d says Vincent modestly. <\/p>\n

Vincent, whose plays are released on BetOnSports360.com<\/span><\/a>
\nhas become the \u201cunmitigated frontline source of sports bets for the world\u2019s
\nbiggest betting syndicates\u201d according to wagering expert Cy McCormick.<\/p>\n

Vincent claims several online sportsbooks have offered him
\nsignificant sums of money to give them the plays before he releases to his
\nclients. <\/span>He declined. \u201cThey will have to
\npurchase my plays and will have equal access as everyone else.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
