Kal Elner, a handicapper out of Reading, PA hits a consistent 65 percent when “waiving his normal star rating system”. He’s 16-6 this football season when waiving the rating.  He does it again with the side. Bo Eason is the No. 2 ranked handicapper all sports combined since 1990.  His 10*s have turned a profit in ever sport (college and pro counted separately) literally ever year since 1990.
